DAVID A GREEN
Founder, President, Co-Owner PBH Investments, LP PBH Construction, LP PBH Residential Care Homes
With a long-standing history of business management, financial administration, design, construction, as well as an extensive background in real estate, David's love for building, remodeling and renovating has allowed him to build a portfolio of hundreds of projects spanning over four decades. Ranging in space from 150 square feet to 10,000 square feet this work includes local and regional new-builds, remodel and renovation projects for private residents, multi-family homes, commercial and institutional spaces.
Early in his career, David obtained his real-estate license and through numerous investments, he realized his growing interest in property improvement and construction. With his accumulation of real-estate knowledge, hands-on construction experience and industry know-how, it was a natural step for David to found PBH Construction, LP; the front door to providing his clients with the best, most functional home or business life they desire. David's focus is to provide every client with an outstanding design, high-quality workmanship, integrity in practices and affordable sensible options. David's attention to detail is second to none ensuring every improvement and new-builds is in line with design and regulatory requirements.
A natural progression of real estate, construction and awareness of the needs of our aging population (as seen in his own family) motivated David in 2010, to found PBH RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES. This business is dedicated to renovating and customizing private homes in the Dallas / Fort Worth area specifically for elderly citizens who can no longer live independently and require 24/7/365 care. PBH's first residential care home, Keith Heights, is located in northwest Grand Prairie and opened in 2011. Colip House, also located in northwest Grand Prairie opened in 2012 with Brook Hollow / Bedford opening in 2013. These licensed assisted living private care homes accommodating approximately six residents allow the opportunity for elders to live comfortably and age-in-place while enjoying the benefits of experienced staff to assist them.
For both PBH Construction and PBH Residential Care Homes, David has obtained critical certifications and memberships with building industry and senior living organizations, including:
- Texas Association of Builders
- National Association of Home Builders

David was awarded baseball scholarships to acquire his education. He attended junior college at Christian College of the Southwest in Dallas, then obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Art Design and a minor in Business from the University of Texas – Pan American in Edinburgh, Texas. During his undergraduate years there, he helped lead his team to the 1971 College World Series. David was inducted into the University of Texas – Pan American Baseball Hall of Fame. His graduate studies toward a Master's Degree in Business were at The University of Dallas.
Early in his career, David's talents were used in marketing / design departments at various known companies such as JC Penny's and Blank's Engraving; but in 1979, he began working for the national company of Federal Signal / Sign as a salesman of large commercial signs and electronics. Every award available was won by David Green putting him on a trajectory of great success in the sign business. Several years later, as a 50/50 partner, he bought Chandler Signs and served as Vice-President of Sales / Marketing / Art Departments. A decade later, he sold his percentage of the company and created his own businesses, Keller-Williams Real Estate Agent, Anchor-1 Foundation, Greenland Homes, PBH Investments, LP, PBH Construction, LP and PBH Residential Care Homes – all successful rewarding ventures.
Born out of love and respect for the senior population, he currently works tirelessly with his wife, Terri, and eldest son, Jeffrey, to provide quality environments and the highest care standards for the elderly at PBH RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES.
David's interests include all things baseball and softball, golfing, and fishing. He is a proud father of two sons adoring grandfather to his grandchildren and overseer of four goats and two dogs.
